Payment Terms

Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Any work in progress will be delivered in its current state, and final payment will be prorated based on completion percentage.
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if the client breaches these terms, fails to make required payments, or engages in behavior that we deem inappropriate or harmful to our business reputation.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where our business is registered. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration association. The arbitration will be conducted in English and the decision will be final and binding.
